All customers must use their web hosting accounts for lawful purposes only. This means that you can't house or transmit any kind of information that could be considered illegal by a government body.

No customer may use an account to:
 
• Try to break in to the account of another customer or user on the Internet.
• Hack or try to hack another account, computer or network at a local or remote location.
• Run scripts that can be damaging to another account or computer system either local to our network or remote.
• Password cracking, port scanning, or any other method used to find weaknesses on a local or remote computer system.
• Other events we might consider to be harmful to a computer system or network.

No customer may transmit or link to data that we may consider illegal or unacceptable to our company. This includes:
• Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age.
• Information that is damaging to an individual, group or organization. This includes information promoting racism, hate crimes or profanity.
• Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.
• MP3s or other formats containing music that has not been authorized for public distribution.
• Game ROMS that can be considered damaging to a company, its sales and/or brand.
• What is known as "warez" files.
• Software serial numbers, pirated computer programs, crackz (including video game cracks), software for hacking, etc.
• Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of our management.
• Any other files not mentioned above but considered illegal and/or unacceptable. Such determination is to be made by our management.

Customers may not:
• Run scripts or have CGIs that will consume an unacceptable amount of server resources (CPU and/or RAM), as this affects the overall performance of a server, and thus affects other web sites.
• Leave any kind of software running on the server while user is not logged in the system.
• Run software related to IRC (this includes bots, downloaders, etc).
• Run software on his/her account that acts as a server.
• Clients may not use the account for excessive downloads through a user's shell by means of FTP, web (Lynx) or download utilities (wget).

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or our customers is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a A+ Hosting customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to us, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.

IMPORTANT NOTE - We have the right to discontinue service, or deny access to anyone who violates our policies or the terms and conditions shown below WITHOUT WARNING OR PRIOR NOTICE. No refunds of current fees paid will be made if account termination is due to violation of the terms outlined on our policies.

We reserve the right to modify these policies, procedures, services and prices at any time with no previous warning. We are not responsible for typographical or translation errors. We are not responsible for loses that may occur from using our service. Even though we try to send emails regarding policy changes, procedures, services and prices, we are not responsible for the non-arrival of such emails, due to, but not limited to, anti-virus and anti-spam filters, problems on your ISP's email servers, etc.
