Policies for cancellation of Shared Hosting and Resold Accounts

    The following policies will apply if you desire to cancel your account:
    • Any request for cancellation must be sent to our accounting department no later than 5 days before your account is due.
    • If you send in a cancellation request after your account became due and was paid, the latest payment will not be refunded.
    • All cancellation requests must be done in writing.
    • An appropriate method of identifying that the user requesting the cancellation is indeed the owner of the account is required. If no information is provided to authenticate that the user is indeed the account's owner, the account won't be cancelled. In other words, an email saying "please cancel my account" is not enough, as there is no way to know if the person requesting such cancellation is actually authorized to do so.
    • We reserve the right to cancel service at any time if a violation of any policy occurs. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer.

Policies for cancellation on Dedicated Servers

        The following policies will apply if you desire to cancel your account:

        Service may be cancelled with 60 days notice with a written request

Refunds to credit cards

    Refunds will be made by company check or issued back to your credit card within 60 days of receipt of cancellation.

    Refunds made to credit cards take some time to be reflected on your card's statement. In fact, we've seen some banks take up to 6 months to actually post a refund due to their lack of automated systems and lack of human resources.

    There is nothing we can do to accelerate this. The process of posting a refund goes straight to the card processor network via an automated system. There is no human error in between. After that, it's up to your bank and how they handle refunds. 

    We reserve the right to modify these policies, procedures, services and prices at any time with no previous warning. We are not responsible for typographical or translation errors. We are not responsible for loses that may occur from using our service. Even though we try to send emails regarding policy changes, procedures, services and prices, we are not responsible for the non-arrival of such emails, due to, but not limited to, anti-virus and anti-spam filters, problems on your ISP's email servers, etc.
