data transferOur data transfer policy is quite simple: don't go over the allocated data transfer for your type of web hosting account. However, we are quite flexible about this.First, let's start with explaining what data transfer is. The term data transfer is given to the amount of data that a web site can output to visitors. In other words, the more files your web site delivers to your visitors (pages, graphics, etc.), the more data transfer your web site consumes. Data transfer is usually measured in gigabytes a day. If you deliver 100,000 pages a day of 10.0 kilobytes (around 10,000 characters) each, then your web site will consume 1 gigabyte of data transfer per day, or about 30 gigabytes per month. Each hosting plan has a specific amount of data transfer allowed. You can consume as much as you want up until that limit. However, if your site is way above the limit or your are getting high peaks of data traffic, we'll request that you upgrade your account, within 24 hours, to a hosting plan that can fit your needs. We reserves the right to control your site's data transfer if necessary at any time and to upgrade your account automatically if you do not respond to our requests. If you are unwilling to do an upgrade, we the right to charge you at up to $10 per gigabyte depending on the severity of the excess of data transfer. If you cancel your account and are unwilling to pay for the extra data transfer, we have the right to not refund future prepaid months and/or to charge you for the extra data transfer. If you cancel your account and are unwilling to pay for the extra data transfer or are unwilling to upgrade, we have the right to cancel all other accounts related to the customer immediately. Our policies are that we do not maintain active accounts of customers with a debt. We reserve the right to modify these policies, procedures, services and prices at any time with no previous warning. We are not responsible for typographical or translation errors. We are not responsible for loses that may occur from using our service. Even though we try to send emails regarding policy changes, procedures, services and prices, we are not responsible for the non-arrival of such emails, due to, but not limited to, anti-virus and anti-spam filters, problems on your ISP's email servers, etc. |
